The Rug Merchant offers a 15-day Risk Free Trial on our Area Rugs!
If you're not 100% satisfied with your selection, simply return it within 15 days for exchange or refund (except made-to-order items and some special order items). Customer’s are responsible from return shipping charges, Or, if you like you may return return the item to our store. We sincerely want to be of service and we're happy to answer your questions about designs, colors, sizes, etc. Refunds will be in full, less our shipping cost.
Before returning, please use our contact form, call 781.331.5505, or email for a Return Authorization number. When we receive your return, the RA number makes it easy to identify the item as yours, and we can quickly process the refund. Please pack securely, double wrapping if possible, and we suggest you insure for full value. We cannot be responsible for rugs lost or damaged in transit. The returned item must be in new condition. If it is soiled or damaged, it maybe refused or incur a 25% service fee.
Returns will not be accepted after 15 days.
SHIPPING IS EASY Most rugs are shipped by United Parcel Service (or Federal Express). Large sizes are shipped by truck. Free shipping when you order online.

The digital images we display have the most accurate color possible. However, due to differences in computer monitors, we cannot be responsible for variations in color between the actual product and your screen.
We make every effort to show you an image of the exact size and shape of the rug you are purchasing. If this image is not available, we display the standard rectangular rug. Be advised that the pattern on some shapes and configurations may vary from that of the rectangular image.

Terms of Use
Warranties are as stipulated by the specific area rug manufacturers. The Rug Merchant is not responsible for any typographical errors, and also reserves the right to cancel any customer order that is found to have a pricing error due to a website programming bug or typographical error.
